Each signature is linked to authentication elements:

  • Unique secure link

  • Sent via SMS or email

  • Time stamp

  • IP address

  • (Optional) identity verification or signature certificate

These elements are recorded in the audit log, which can be consulted in the event of a dispute.

10. Can I keep the signed documents in my own space?

Yes. Once the document is signed, you will receive a secure, time-stamped, and archived PDF file.

You can download it and store it in your own system.

A secure space is also available on our platform.

11. Can I have multiple people sign at the same time?

Yes. You can set up multiple signatories in any order you choose (in parallel or in series). Each signatory receives their own secure link.
